Please note that we reserve the right to update or amend this AUP at any time and without prior notice.
We expect all users to use our Services only for lawful purposes. Any transmission, storage, or display of information, data, or material that violates applicable laws — particularly those of Pakistan — is strictly not allowed. We retain the authority to discontinue services for any Customer whose actions may put the Company at legal risk or compromise its ability to provide uninterrupted services to others. By using our Services, you agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims arising from your use.

Users may not utilize our Services to access systems or networks without proper authorization. The following actions are strictly forbidden:
- Gaining access to another network without consent, scanning for vulnerabilities, or bypassing security/authentication protocols
- Launching Denial of Service (DoS) attacks on networks
- Intercepting or monitoring data without authorization

Using automated tools like bots, web crawlers, spiders, or scraping software to access or gather information from our servers without permission
Zero Tolerance Spam Policy
Our network does not permit the transmission or distribution of spam or bulk unsolicited messages. We have a strict zero tolerance policy against any misuse of our Services for sending spam, including but not limited to:
- Sending unsolicited commercial or bulk emails
- Participating in or assisting spam-related activities
- Using “safe lists,” purchasing email lists, or selling email contacts—all treated as spam
Accounts involved in sending spam may be terminated without notice. Furthermore, websites advertised through spam (a practice known as “spamvertising“) will not be allowed on our servers. This rule also applies to spam distributed via fax, phone, postal mail, email, instant messaging, or newsgroups. If any user’s actions result in blacklisting our IP address, their account will be immediately suspended or terminated.
Defamation and Objectionable Content
We respect the right to free expression and urge users to remain thoughtful and respectful when publishing content. As a web hosting provider, we are not the publisher of user-submitted content and usually do not assess the truthfulness of individual defamation claims or decide whether content should be censored.
That said, we do retain the authority to remove or disable content that we believe could harm others or the Company—entirely at our discretion. In general, however, we require a court order from a court of competent jurisdiction before acting on defamation complaints.
Enforcement
Resellers
If a Reseller’s User violates this AUP, we will suspend the offending account and notify the Reseller to take appropriate action. Repeated violations from users under a Reseller’s account may result in the suspension or termination of the entire Reseller account.
Direct Customers
If you are a direct customer, your Services may be terminated—with or without prior notice—if this AUP is breached. We may also report violations to the relevant law enforcement authorities, if required. The decision to enforce or not enforce this AUP remains entirely within our discretion.
3. Refunds for Suspended or Terminated Accounts
No refunds will be granted for services that are suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), or abuse complaints.
If your account was found in breach of our terms or involved in activities like spam, hacking, illegal content, or misuse of resources, the associated service will be terminated without refund.
