Refund Policy
Effective for all customers of Web Host Era
At Web Host Era, we strive to provide reliable services and ensure customer satisfaction. However, we understand that sometimes, things may not work out as planned. This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds may be issued.
By purchasing and using our services, you agree to this Refund Policy, which is a part of our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
1. 30-Day Money Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on shared hosting* and reseller hosting plans. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 30 days of your purchase, you may request a full refund.
Please note:
- The 30-day period begins on the date of your initial order.
- Refund requests submitted after 30 days will not be eligible under this guarantee.
- Refunds are only applicable to first-time accounts. Renewals or accounts previously refunded are not eligible.
2. Non-Refundable Products and Services
The following services are non-refundable under any circumstance:
- Domain name registrations, renewals, or transfers
- VPS (Virtual Private Servers)
- Dedicated servers
- Software licenses
- SSL Certificates
- Website design or development services
- Server management or consultancy services
- Any setup or one-time fees
- Any service billed on an hourly basis
Once purchased, these services cannot be refunded due to the nature of provisioning and third-party costs involved.
3. Refunds for Suspended or Terminated Accounts
No refunds will be granted for services that are suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), or abuse complaints.
If your account was found in breach of our terms or involved in activities like spam, hacking, illegal content, or misuse of resources, the associated service will be terminated without refund.
4. Mode of Refund
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Refunds for payments made via credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer will be returned to the same account.
- If the original payment method is no longer active, store credit may be issued at our discretion.
- Refunds may take 7–14 business days to reflect depending on the payment gateway or financial institution involved.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Log in to your Web Host Era client area.
- Submit a support ticket with your refund request under the Billing Department.
- Include your invoice number and reason for the refund.
All refund requests are reviewed by our billing team. A response will be provided within 3–5 business days.
6. Charge backs and Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first will be considered a violation of this policy. Such actions may lead to account suspension or service termination. We encourage all customers to contact our billing team to resolve issues amicably.
7. Amendments
Web Host Era reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
