Return Policy

Applies to all services provided by Web Host Era

At Web Host Era, we believe in building trust with our customers by offering transparency and clarity in all our policies. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns or cancellations of services may be accepted.

Please read this policy carefully before making any purchases. By using our services, you agree to this Return Policy, which is part of our Terms of Service.

1. Digital Services and Non-Tangible Goods

Web Host Era provides digital services that are non-tangible in nature. As such, there are no physical items to return. All services provided are intangible and delivered electronically. This includes:

  1. Web hosting services (shared, reseller, VPS, dedicated)
  2. Domain registration and renewal
  3. SSL certificates
  4. Website development or design services
  5. Software licenses and server configurations

Due to the nature of these services, returns are not applicable in the traditional sense.

2. Cancellation of Services

While physical returns are not possible, you may cancel your services within a specified period. The following rules apply:

  • Shared Hosting and Reseller Hosting services are covered under our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. If you cancel within the first 30 days, you may request a refund (please refer to our Refund Policy for eligibility).
  • For all other services (such as VPS, Dedicated Servers, Domains, SSL, etc.), cancellation will result in termination of the service, but no refund or return will be issued.

To cancel a service, you must:

  1. Log in to your Web Host Era client portal.
  2. Open a support ticket with the Billing Department.
  3. Clearly request cancellation and mention the service name or invoice number.

3. Non-Returnable Services

Please note, the following services are non-returnable under any condition:

  1. Domain names (including registrations, renewals, and transfers)
  2. SSL certificates
  3. VPS or dedicated server plans
  4. Website or software development
  5. Any service purchased under a special offer, discount, or promotion
  6. Services suspended or terminated due to policy violations

These services are either procured through third parties or customized specifically for your use and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.

4. Non-Returnable Services

If a customer initiates a chargeback or dispute with their bank or payment provider instead of following our cancellation process, it will be treated as a violation of our policies. In such cases:

  1. The associated account may be suspended or permanently terminated.
  2. We reserve the right to recover the amount owed and report such cases to collection agencies.
  3. Any return or cancellation request must go through the proper support channel to be eligible for review.

5. Policy Changes

Web Host Era may modify or update this Return Policy at any time without prior notice. All changes will be posted on our official website. Continued use of our services after such updates implies your acceptance of the revised policy.
