- Email Communication: Important information such as login credentials, invoices, activation links, and instructions will be sent to your registered email.
- Support Tickets: Any custom configurations, service upgrades, or development work will be communicated and managed through our support ticket system.
Please ensure that your contact information is up to date to avoid delays or delivery issues.
4. Failed Delivery or Access Issues
If you do not receive your service credentials or confirmation email within the expected timeframe, please:
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Ensure your email address is entered correctly during sign-up.

If services cannot be delivered due to missing or incorrect client details, the processing time may be extended until the issue is resolved.
